CATE 2023 Early Bird registrations will end on Sunday, 15th October 2023.
CATE 2023 Conference registrations are accepted until the commencement of the conference i.e. Wednesday, 13th December 2023. On-spot registrations are also accepted at the venue on all the days of the conference.
The CATE 2023 conference is open to all upon registration.
There are three types of registration categories listed below:
1. Delegate: Access to all proceedings of the conference, conference kit, conference dinner on 14th December 2023 and lunch on 14th and 15th December 2023.
2. Author: All authors presenting the paper must register as delegates. They will have access to all proceedings of the conference, conference kit, conference dinner on 14th December 2023 and lunch on 14th and 15th December 2023.
3. Observer: Observers will only have access to conference proceedings.All categories of registration must be carried out using CONFTOOL. Please create an account and register for the conference at https://www.conftool.org/cate2023/
Please register on CONFTOOL and pay registration fees. For international transactions, we encourage payment through PayPal using CONFTOOL. For domestic transactions, you may wish to use NEFT/RTGS. No. We do not offer part registration for one day or two days.
Yes, you are required to register for the conference using CONFTOOL and pay full registration fees in order to present your paper.
Initially, the paper will be published in the CATE 2023 proceedings, unless you do not want to get it published in the proceedings.Historically CATE have worked further on the papers and they do get published in the journal special issues such as T&F or ELSEVIER, having an impact higher than 3.5. The decision on the journal publication will depend upon the merit of the paper and also the total number of papers we get at CATE 2023 for further publishing. Nevertheless, you are free not to get your paper published in CATE 2023 proceedings and put your efforts to submit to a journal.For publication in the CATE 2023 proceedings and in the close access / subscription-based journals, we do not charge. In consultation with us, if you decide to choose open access journal, then you need to pay directly to the journal based on their fee structure.

Yes, you can register for the workshop by paying the charges, where applicable. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for registration for the same.
No, the cost of hotel accommodation and travel to the conference venue is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Please check the conference website for suggested hotels. Alternatively, you may reach out to CEPT University’s travel desk on email@example.com
The list of a few hotels is listed in the ‘Guide’ section of the CATE 2023 conference website.The conference venue, i.e. CEPT University, K.L. Campus, Navarangpura, Ahmedabad 380 009 is situated in the heart of the city of Ahmedabad (Google Map - https://goo.gl/maps/CE9yTwNGVx4QFSUD6) and is easily accessible from many hotels and accommodations.
The dress code at the event shall be business casual for all delegates. Please note, it will be winter months in Ahmedabad at the time of the event with temperatures approximately ranging between 13 - 29 C.
No. The registration is for the registered individual and is non-transferable. Please ensure your full name and/or initials in the registration form are as per official documents/government-issued IDs.
